Gimme That Old Time Computer -
Devan Simunovich, a 24-year-old designer, has added a touch of nostalgia to
the Mac community by setting up game lounges with old Macs and
old Mac games. Simunovich has collected "about 50 Mac Classics,
Mac SEs and SE/30s," and over 200 vintage Mac games. He
travels to raves and parties, setting up Mac game lounges with
the vintage equipment. He also sets up video walls - compact
Macs stacked on top of each other.

Survey Says: Internet Is In - A survey released Sunday
by the Pew Internet & American Life Project showed that 86
percent of college students use the internet. Students do research,
register for classes, check grades and e-mail their professors.
42 percent of the 2,054 students surveyed said they used the
internet mostly to keep in touch with friends. 38 percent said
they used it mostly for academics. Either way, the internet is
helping students "pack more activity into less time."

Singh of India is working on his 17th college degree. The 88-year-old
has earned degrees all over India and is now pursuing a degree
in English Literature. Singh, who used to be a principal, spends
every spare minute reading and says that "it's the possibility

to life." And
to think that we used to tease Joey for going through the 11th
grade 4 times!

Music: A Veggie Band - Eight men have teamed up to form the
Viennese Vegetable Orchestra. The group makes their own instruments
out of vegetables and plays them in concerts. Among the instruments
they make are carrot flutes, eggplant cymbals and pumpkin drums.
At the end of each concert a professional cook prepares soup
for the audience made of the "instruments." The Orchestra
