What do you get
if you run over an army officer with a steam roller?
A flat major.
Reader's Digest
A hungry lion was
roaming through the jungle looking for something to eat. He came
across two men. One was sitting under a tree reading a book;
the other was typing away on his typewriter. The lion quickly
pounced on the man reading the book and devoured him. Even the
king of the jungle knows that readers digest and writers cramp.

Monkie Changes -
If you haven't already noticed, things are CHAOS around here!
They will quickly be cleaned up. There will also be some changes.
- 1st, we will continue
to update daily. But rather than have ONE major update on Wednesday,
we will split up the Major Monkie goodies into smaller daily
updates - Monday thru Friday - with a regular schedule for each
category. Saturday and Sunday will continue as they are currently.
- 2nd, we have begun
listing what's new at the top in the WHAT'S NEW FOR* area.
- 3rd, the "Monkie
News" section will no longer deal with Desktops and Icons.
Monkie News will deal specifically with events directly related
with the site or its contributors.
- 4th, the Desktop
and Icon section will have a new category name, yet to be announced.
- 5th, Software Updates
will continue daily as will Community News as it is available.
- 6th, we will soon
post a daily schedule to assist you through this time of transition.
Please continue
to have patience with us during this transition. There are still
cool things to come. THANKS!
* This
prevoiusly read "NEW TODAY" and has been changed to
"WHAT'S NEW FOR."
