GREEN
PASTOR
The
new pastor was visiting in the homes of his parishioners.
At one house it seemed obvious
that someone was
at home, but no answer came to his repeated knocks at
the door. He took out a card, wrote "Revelation
3:20" on
the back and stuck it in the door. A little naughty, but
quoted from the Bible. When
the offering was processed the following Sunday, he found
that his card had been
returned. Added to it was his cryptic message, "Genesis
3:10." Reaching for his Bible to check out
the citation, he broke up in gales of laughter.
Revelation
3:20 begins "Behold, I stand at the door
and knock."
Genesis
3:10 reads, "I heard your
voice in the garden and I was afraid for I was naked."
MIRROR
ME
A
young woman went into a bank to withdraw some money. "Can
you identify yourself?" asked the bank clerk. The
young woman opened her handbag, took out a mirror, looked
into it and said, "Yes,
it's me alright."
PULLING YOUR WHAT?
Dentist:
Could you help me? Could you give out a few of your loudest,
most painful screams?
Patient:
Why? Doctor, it wasn't all that bad this time.
Dentist:
There are so many people in the waiting room right now,
and I don't want to miss the four o'clock ball game.

things up for a moment with a stylish piece called Harsh
Lasso. This rustic looking selection will

Martin specializes in landscapes made with the landscape-generator

wait. Ed takes us on a journey into the unknown
with The
Otherside I, a great piece that will
draw your eyes in to the great beyond.
Winding
the week's Desktop Edition to its end is End

MacMonkies Webmaster Bradford
Wiles. This simple Bryce piece looks over the
edge at the end of a "tunnel" and was touched up a
teensy bit in Photoshop with a simple lighting effect.
Enjoy!

New Monkie
Poll -
Ha! Time for another bit of craziness with a new Monkie Poll. First, let's take
a look at last week's results.
In last
week's poll, we posed the crazy question:
What size are your feet. And for the answer choices,
we offered
Yes, No, and Say Huh? Now, the catch was that, in the
instructions we asked to answer yes or no the
the question! Did ya catch that? =) We purposely
offered the 'Say Huh' option to see what would happen.
Now,
here's the crazy philosophy behind the poll. Please note
that we did say crazy. This has not
been researched or proven in anyway. It's just ideas
and observations from a Monkie point-of-view:
Yes
59% - This may indicate that you are more
ready
and willing
to approach new things than others. Perhaps it
also indicates
a
more positive outlook of the unknown.
No
35% - You might just be overwhelmingly grumpy and
leave the exploring to the 'Yes' people.
Say
Huh? 5% - Well, perhaps this could indicate
a person could be "Follow-the-Directions" challenged,
but probably very happy!
For
this week's Monkie
Poll, we ask you about the order in which you dress
with When I dress, I put on my... There's
no trick question to this one (at least I don't think
so). So take a little
click, look to your
right, and get to voting. Happy Pollin'!
